Instructions for Use:

Place the desired amount of water in the pot and measure a

corresponding amount of coarsely ground coffee into the basket. Cover

the basket with the basket lid. Make sure top lid opening is aligned with

the glass pour spout to allow for ventilation. It is also important that the

water level is below the bottom of the basket.

Electric (Coil) Stoves: The enclosed protective metal trivet must be

used with coil type electric stoves. The trivet should be placed between

the coil and the percolator.

Gas and Ceramic Top electric stoves: it is not necessary to use the

enclosed protective metal trivet on these types of stoves.

Place the percolator on medium heat. As the water boils, the water will

be forced up through the stem and distributed over the top of the basket

lid. The water will seep through the coffee grounds and drip through the

bottom of the basket and into the lower portion of the percolator. Once

the coffee has reached the preferred color, remove from the heat source.

Carefully remove the stem & brew basket before serving the coffee.

Cleaning: Percolator is dishwasher safe, or hand wash with a non-

abrasive cleaner.
